This is a light amber honey, with splashes of stronger notes but mostly a light floral flavor.

About the location.

These 3 hives are located between the Palo Verde and Fairmeadow neighborhoods in Palo Alto. This residential area is abundant in flowering plants, with cherries, redbuds and pepper trees being honey bee favorites.
