This is a floral early summer honey with some deeper notes and a fruity aftertaste, medium amber in color.

About the location

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, these 7 hives enjoy the open terrain of Lost Altos Hills. Honey bees here have immediate access to a large variety of wildflowers and shrubs as well as trees such as cherry, bay and eucalyptus.
